Belgian Producer Dennis Black Magic Sentenced to 7 Years for Rape, CSAM

ANTWERP, Belgium — Belgian adult producer and director Dennis Black Magic has been sentenced to seven years in prison and a $4,000 fine for the rape of eight models and distribution of CSAM.

Dubbed “the PornoKing” by the press, the Flemish producer became a mainstream celebrity in Belgium, and appeared in movies and television, often as himself.

In 2020, 28-year-old OnlyFans content creator Nanoe Vaesen accused Black Magic of pressuring her to have sex with him as part of a casting opportunity. Vaesen alleged Black Magic told her he would help her “appear on the covers of Playboy and P magazines” and also promised “to put her in touch with a major European porn producer,” Flanders News reported.

The judicial investigation reportedly found 14 other alleged victims and also turned up alleged CSAM among Black Magic’s files.

The prosecutor in the current case requested imprisonment for five years, but the courts granted an even longer sentence on account of his criminal background. Black Magic has several previous convictions: for statutory rape in 2008 and 2011, for inciting a minor to prostitution in 2017, and other convictions for forgery, fraud and traffic offenses.

The judge stated that Black Magic “has learned nothing” from previous convictions and displayed a “far-reaching blurring of standards.”

“He sets no store by any kind of regulation,” the judge concluded before sentencing him and ordering his house arrest.

Black Magic said he intends to appeal the conviction.
